The spectrum of the evaluation units for load cells is almost unlimited and therefore is very unclear for the user. For the simple measurement of weight you do not need an "all singing, all dancing" system. Many measurement amplifiers offer the user unnecessary functions and thus make starting-up and operation unnecessarily complicated.
